The 2009 USS LeJeune
Reunion is on !!! We will
be meeting in Dayton Ohio this year, the home or Orville and Wilbur
Wright, the USAF Museum and many other attractions.
We will be meeting at
the Holiday Inn Dayton North. Our room rate for a double is $79.00
per night. King rooms
are slightly more. The
hotel will honor this rate for three days pre and post reunion.
The facility has a full service restaurant, bar and indoor pool
as well as a business area and free WI-FI for those of you who need
Internet access. Shuttle
service to and from the airport is provided by the facility.
You will need to notify them once you make your flight
arrangements (Dayton International Airport) if you need to use this
service. They will also
provide shuttle service to local restaurants. The property information

Our room rate is
reserved until 10/22/09. Tell
them you are with the USS LeJeune when making your reservations.
IMPORTANT: Call or

with your meal choice for the Saturday Banquet.
Chicken or Beef. I
need to know by 10/22 or you will eat what I choose.

Thursday 10/29: Check in to Hotel.
Reunion Registration starts at 3PM.
Dinner on own. Hospitality Room open 18:00 – 21:00
Friday
10/30: Breakfast
on own. Trip to USAF Museum at Wright Patterson AFB
10:00 – 16:00. Lunch
at Museum on own. No
charge for entry to museum, however there will be a charge for
transportation based on the number who attend.
Dinner on own.
Hospitality room
open 16:00 – 21:00
Saturday
10/31: Breakfast and lunch on own.
Shopping / trip to Wright Bros Homestead on own.
Crew meeting 14:00-16:00 in Hospitality suite.
2009 Banquet at Hotel 18:00.
Hospitality room
open till 17:00 and post banquet till 21:00
Sunday 11/1:
Check out and travel home
If you are going to
the Air Force Museum, let me know how many when you get me your meal
choice for the banquet. I
hope to have transportation pricing for you at registration.
We will have a computer and scanner in the Hospitality Room, so
bring your photo's to share and be scanned in for the web site.
